SPECIAL DCM WORKSHOP: Dynamic Scenework with Betsy Stover
No gimmicks. No complicated forms. Just good, old school, great long form improv. Join one of ucb's longest-tenured teachers for an intensive clinic on how to use simple, classic techniques to turn yourself into a less thinky, more adventurous scene partner.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THESE DCM WORKSHOPS. READ THE POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING AND ENROLLING
Maximum class size is 16.
* You must be listed on the DCM website as a performer in a group from out of town to enroll. The registrar will check for your name and if you are not listed when you enroll, you will be removed from the workshop and lose $50.
Betsy Stover, Teacher
Betsy appeared in countless sketches on NBC's LATE NIGHT WITHCONAN O'BRIEN, and has starred in many television and radio commercials. She is currently working on developing original content for Nick Mom.
Betsy attended New York University and studied acting, directing,and production design at Tisch's Playwrights Horizons Theater School. Betsy studied improv with Ian Roberts, Matt Walsh, Amy Poehler, Matt Besser, Armando Diaz, Mick Napier, Joe Bill, and Mark Sutton, as well as comedy writing with Emily Spivey, Matt Besser, Ali Farrahnakian, and Joe Toplyn.
