Sketches From Real Life
Students will come in with ideas of funny things from their real lives, people they know, people they've seen, their family, etc. We will listen to each others' stories and ways to take sketch sketch ideas from them. Students will leave class with a few beated out ideas.
Pre-req: Completion of Sketch 101
Brandon Gulya, Teacher
Brandon Gulya is a comedian. He improvises with Harold team Sandino and is a writer for Friday Night sketch team Stone Cold Fox. He grew up in New Jersey and attended Rutgers University. As a stand-up, Brandon has opened for Mike Birbiglia, Michael Showalter, and Bo Burnham. You can see him all over the internet, reading poems and doing other silly things.
