The New Years Resolution workshop:
Work on a goal that you set out for yourself. Students will email the instructor before the class starts with something they want to focus on like "Playing more grounded" or "reacting to the first unusual thing" or "getting out of my head", "Characters, etc. The students will be pushed and primarily noted on their focus.
Pre-requisite: Completion of Improv 301
Chelsea Clarke, Teacher
Chelsea Clarke has been studying and performing at UCB since 2003, under the guidance of Seth Morris, Jason Mantzoukas, Brian Huskey, Joe Wengert and Anthony King, just to name a few. Chelsea graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a degree in Theater Performance and Studio Art. She has been a member of the UCB house teams Tantrum, fwand, Bangs, and can currently be seen performing with the very hip and "with it" team Badman. Chelsea can also be seen around New York City performing with Bombardo, Kid Dervin and The Assembly, and touring the country with UCBTourco. Chelsea's main passions in life are Painting and Improvisation... Oh who are we kidding, all she cares about is kittens.
