Upright Citizens Brigade Improvisation and Sketch Comedy Training Center

Each master class course offered at this level is instructor-driven. Students will study Long Form improv at an advanced level and will receive in-depth personal feedback about their own performance and progress as improvisers. Please read below for the specific focus of this course.

Advanced Study Improv with Jordan Klepper

Discovering the scene. Stop playing the scenes in your head, and start playing the scenes with your partner. The class will provide a heightened exploration of the basics of organic scene work with a focus on uncovering scenes with your partner as well as exploring the scene that's already in front of you. We'll focus on getting you out of your head, and into the scene so you can freely discover moments.

Note: Spaces in the course will be allotted randomly based on all the applicants. The status of the course may change to "Sold Out" and back to "Request Permission" when students are being enrolled, but you do NOT need to reapply to this class if that happens.
