Improv 101: Improv Basics

Students will learn the fundamentals of long-form improvisation including: agreement, active listening, playing characters, playing truthfully and to the top of your intelligence and group mind.
Course meets for 8 sessions, each 3 hours long.
Students will take part in a class performance, generally held at the UCB Theatre.
Students required to see at least 2 improvised shows at the UCB Theater before the end of the course.
Class Size: 16 Students
Class will meet Mon-Fri for two weeks.
Please note, due to the nature of the intensive class, make-ups are much harder to schedule.

Intensive (Anthony Atamanuik and Don Fanelli) This class will be taught by a UCB Training Center instructor, but due to scheduling issues, the teacher will not be announced in advance.
