In this workshop, Mano will teach ways to include your unique POV in your improv. We'll cover exercises that welcome others into your worldview and reinforce your right to play at the top of your intelligence, no matter how much it may vary from the cis straight white male perspective the world throws at you. People of every walk of life welcome!

* You must be listed on the DCM website as a performer in a group from out of town to enroll.  The registrar will check for your name and if you are not listed when you enroll, you will be removed from the workshop and lose $55.

Mano Agapion, teacher

Mano Agapion Mano Agapion is a queer Arab-American comedian from North Carolina.... I know, yikes!

He is a teacher and performer at UCB-LA on various house teams like Winslow, Benetton, and QueerWorld! He also hosts a super-sold-out comedy drag show every month called Bad Drag Race! Additionally, he's a podcast KWEEN: Hosting What The Tuck (A Rupaul's Drag Race Pod w/ Matt Rogers) on Headgum/Vulture & We Love Trash (A Patreon Pod w/ Betsy Sodaro) and don't even get him started on his cereal IG, Spoon Me! He's even been on some fun TV shows like Drunk History, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Bajillion Dollar Properties, Adam Ruins Everything, & Comedy Bang Bang!

Mano wishes to thank the fat Arabic kids from his childhood. Without their love, he’d be nothing.
