SPECIAL DCM WORKSHOP: Writing Comedy for a Host with Eric Cunningham

We're going to pick one person at random and have them be our "host" for the workshop, while the rest of us go through the process of 1) getting a feel for their unique sense of humor 2) pitching in their voice, and finally 3) writing a talk show that's custom-built for their personality.

This workshop is a goofy, indulgent, short-term exercise; but as we do it we'll be going over some practical skills for writing in the voice of pretty much anybody.  Anyone from talk show hosts, to actors, to that-friend-who-always-asks-you-what-they-should-caption-their-Instagram-photos-but-then-doesn't-use-any-of-your-suggestions-so-like-are-they-actually-a-friend?

* You must be listed on the DCM website as a performer in a group from out of town to enroll.  The registrar will check for your name and if you are not listed when you enroll, you will be removed from the workshop and lose $55.
