SPECIAL DCM WORKSHOP:
Intro to Musical Improv with Eric Gersen

In this workshop, students will learn the basics of musical improv: how to take a single suggestion and turn it into a complete song. You will learn the components of songs and various simple structures that musical improvisers use, including the tagline structure and the verse/chorus structure.  By the end, everyone will be able to sing a fully improvised song.

* You must be listed on the DCM website as a performer in a group from out of town to enroll.  The registrar will check for your name and if you are not listed when you enroll, you will be removed from the workshop and lose $55.
